Any person who attends an ATCA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to ATCA, its employees and agents (collectively "ATCA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of ATCA, including advertisements for ATCA and its programs.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made up until SEPTEMBER 15, 2019 will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, NO refunds will be made for cancellations received AFTER SEPTEMBER 15, 2019. Cancellations must be made in writing to registration@atca.org. Substitutions of equal ATCA memberships may be made at any time for conference registrations.
